Robert Sayegh and his production company, R World Media in conjunction with Angry Rob Films and Joule Entertainment, announce that accomplished actor and star of the show, Power, Luis Ramos, has agreed to play Dr. Burns in the short, Beyond the Rush, anticipated to be shot in late October.
